This is a year delayed review. The worse massage place I’ve ever been. I did a $60 massage, and I tipped $15 dollars, the lady said: ‘ young man, please don’t come in future as you are not rich enough’. I said: ‘ for sure!’ ( and with a note for future customer on google reviews :)) they fought for really high tips which I’ve never seen. And the massage skills and environment is below average.
I've never experienced such terrible service in my life. The masseuse fought for tips like I've never seen before. She didn't inform me that using Apple Pay would incur an extra charge, but that's okay. I asked if I could extend my massage from 30 minutes to an hour, but she said they were too busy. I considered canceling but decided to proceed. When I requested a deep tissue massage, she quoted me $70 for 30 minutes and $100 for an hour, saying that an hour wasn't possible today. I didn't want to use Apple Pay again, and her behavior about the tip was frightening. I've never seen such behavior in the U.S. or anywhere else in the world. It's best to avoid such places. I rarely write reviews and don't usually trust review but this experience has opened my eyes. I don't understand how Google could rate this place 4.5 stars with so many negative reviews about tips. I recommend checking for yourself by refusing to tip and seeing how rudely she behaves. It's best to avoid places like this. I see there comment and my whole story how she shouted on tips and also told don't come again. Its actually to grab more money by doing shorter time plus tips. There is no question of lie and Googel must fix its rating.
Really nice and clean spa. Great customer service. And a really good massage. Really helped with my back pain. Will definitely be going back
This is a great place to go if you are in need of a strong but gentle and thorough massage. Lily will find and fix any problems you are having with your muscles. You will feel that you are really in the hands of a professional. The inside is new and clean, and there is plenty of parking.
The massage was decent, but the lady at the reception was very rude. First she was unhappy that I didn't have cash, then she decided to add an extra $4 charge to my $70 pay, because I paid by the credit card. And after the massage she was very angry when I decided that those $4 were already part of my tips and I just wanted to add $16 more. And even when I paid $20 more, she was still unhappy and loudly told me some bad words in her native language. Very frustrating experience for $94 that I've paid...
